The service
BarSmith Barcode Maker is a tool provided by Zovo for use inside ChatGPT and other MCP clients. BarSmith Barcode Maker turns a product number, SKU, carton code, book ISBN or GS1 Application Identifier string into a scannable barcode drawn to the GS1 and ISO rules: correct check digits, quiet zones, guard bars, bearer bars, and the shortest Code 128 encoding. It explains wrong check digits, tells you the exact print size, and gives a vector SVG and a PNG that prints at the right physical size.
